The Blackest Black

You won’t find Vantablack, the world’s darkest color, on a Pantone chart or at the paint store. You have to go all the way to a lab in Surrey, where this coating is grown from Carbon nanotubes.

Vantablack’s microscopic nanotubes trap incoming light instead of reflecting it, creating a visual void. No contours, no depth, no edges, nothing. It’s like staring into a black hole.
